It’s been a tremendous trip. Never have I been to this part of the Sierras before and I’ll never be the same afterwards.
This wraps up Day 4 in the Backpacking East Sierras Sherwin Lakes (June 2024) series. It truly was a trip to remember and I am grateful to have been able to make it out to this area. I am hopeful that forest visitors will continue to treat this amazing respite with respect for years to come. I am to make it back to this area, but with my own bride-to-be!
